Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Grants Scheme 2024
Irish Squash would like to invite clubs within the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown area to apply for the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown “Sports Partnership” under its Club Participation Grant Scheme 2024.
The purpose of this grant scheme is to provide assistance to sports clubs/organisations based in the county to develop or expand targeted participation initiatives and the provision of training for volunteers/coaches.
This Club Participation Grants Scheme aims to support sports clubs, coaches and volunteers to develop greater participation among target groups as reflected in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Sports Partnership’s Strategic Plan. As such, for the 2024 grants scheme applications are invited for initiatives that will increase participation in sport and physical activity among girls/women and people with disabilities, especially within an area of disadvantage.
Clubs can apply for grant assistance under the following categories:
- Women in Sport Participation Initiatives & Programmes
- Disability Inclusion Participation Initiatives & Programmes
- Volunteer Training & Development
Due to the limited funding available, applicants are advised that grants awarded under this scheme will be made through a competitive selection process and the maximum overall grant available to one club is €2,500.
If your club would like clarification on any aspect of the Club Participation Grants scheme or guidance on completing the application process, please contact a member of the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Sports Partnership team at 01-2719502 or by email at [email protected].
