Ultimately the Irish U13 team finished 4th behind France despite beating them 3-2 in a thrilling match. Ireland were two matches down and 2-0 down in Ellie McVeigh’s match and 1-0 down in Conor Moran’s match. Both played fantastic squash to make it 2-2 tie and then Scott Gillanders played the final match and won 3-0 ! Fantastic turn around and a great result.
The U15 team finished 3rd beating Scotland and Wales.
Overall a fantastic team performance and congratulations to everyone.
